These terms apply to shopping with SEORIELLE. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Orders & payment

Check your items, delivery address and total before paying. Prices are in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. Use accurate details and a payment method you are authorized to use.

An acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If a stock, payment or listing error affects it, we will contact you. Cancelled paid items are refunded; we will not silently substitute a materially different product.

Changes & delivery

Contact us promptly to request cancellation or an address correction. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If we cannot ship on time, we will explain the delay and offer the applicable choice to wait or cancel for a prompt refund.

Products & returns

Read the product label, directions and precautions before use. Individual experiences vary. Product information is not personal medical advice. Eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery; see our return policy for conditions.

Website & your rights

Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse the store or reuse protected content without permission. Shopify hosts the store; external services have their own terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or legally non-excludable liability. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to existing purchases.
